  1. Customers of SM Store who use their SMAC shall get one (1) e-raffle entry upon purchasing a minimum of P5,000 single-receipt purchase, inclusive of P1,000 Disney items.

6. Computation of purchase requirement shall include all items in SM Store except cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, and other Customer Service products.

7. The e-raffle draw will be held online via Teams on January 19, 2024, under the guidance and supervision of a DTI representative.

 

Mabuhay Miles Prize Terms & Conditions
  1. There will be twenty (20) winners of roundtrip Mabuhay Miles to Hongkong and vice versa (good for 4 pax).

Prizes are awarded in the form of Mabuhay Miles credited to the Mabuhay Miles account of the winning members. All prizes are equivalent to roundtrip flights from Manila to Hongkong and Hongkong to Manila.

  1. Please be advised that in redeeming Miles for award ticket issuance, taxes, and fees, such as those identified below are being collected from the passenger / paid by the passenger.
  • Philippine Travel Tax
  • Airport Terminal Fee
  • Fuel Surcharges
  • Security and Insurance Surcharges
  • Aviation Security Fee
  • VAT

The same taxes and fees are being collected for all tickets issued (purchased tickets or tickets using Mabuhay Miles). SMAC is unable to waive any Government-imposed fees.

  1. Winners will be notified by SMAC via social media posting, SMS, phone call, and registered mail. They will be notified of the crediting of their SMAC points into their registered SMAC accounts.

  2. Mabuhay Miles will be credited up to 30 working days after winners are verified, validated, and notified.

  3. The winner must have a valid Mabuhay Miles account to credit the FREE Mabuhay Miles.

  4. Winners may use their prize as soon as the Mabuhay Miles are awarded on their Mabuhay Miles accounts. Winners may initiate the redemption process for a free flight once their Mabuhay Miles membership account is verified and passes the Mabuhay Miles KYC process.

  5. On the use of the Mabuhay Miles, program policies and terms and conditions apply.

  6. The FREE Mabuhay Miles is equivalent to 80 roundtrip tickets from Manila to any local destination.

  7. Credited Mabuhay Miles will be equivalent/sufficient for the destination/flight of the winner. One (1) RT Mabuhay Miles prize for 4 pax.

  8. Promo does not include hotel booking and/or accommodation.

  9. Promo will follow the program policy on eligible tenders for SMAC points awarding.

  10. Promo is valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or coupons.
Hong Kong Disneyland Terms & Conditions
  1. Prize vouchers will be released via email, Hongkong Disneyland will be cc:ed to verified and validated winners.

  2. Winners must directly coordinate with Hong Kong Disneyland on their preferred usage dates; cc SMAC.

  3. Winners may use their Hong Kong Disneyland hotel and park tickets as soon as vouchers are awarded to them. Winners must directly coordinate with Hong Kong Disneyland and SMAC on their preferred usage dates.

    Note: Disney will allow usage from January to June 2024 only (except on blocked-off dates).

  4. Details on what to present to Hong Kong Disneyland upon arrival:
    - The emailed prize voucher – the email will come from SMAC
    - Winning SMAC card details
    - Valid passport of the winner

  5. On the use of the Hong Kong Disneyland hotel and park tickets, program policies and terms and conditions apply.
  • Promo does not include airfare; airport-hotel-airport transfers; and pocket money
  • Promo is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or coupons
  • Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferable to other SMAC account numbers

Terms and Conditions for the Consolation Prizes:

  1. There will be fifty (50) winners of Disney Princess & Frozen Electric Fan and fifty (50) winners of D100 Mickey Plush.

  2. Disney appliances / plush toys may be claimed from the winner’s preferred SM Store branch.
Announcement of Winners
  1. Announcement of winners will be on January 31, 2024 once the raffle and coordination with members are completed.

  2. Name/s of the winners will also be posted on SMAC’s official Facebook page and other social media accounts.
