Terms & Conditions:

1. Promo is open to all customers of the SM Store who use their Maya app to #ScanToPay at any of the SM Store branches, or for every P1,000 worth cash in at any SM Store.
2. Promo period is from November 1 – December 31, 2022.
3. Customers who scan the Maya QR to pay for a minimum P1,000 spend at the SM Store shall get one (1) raffle entry.
4. Customers who cash in at the counter with a minimum amount of P1,000 shall get one (1) raffle entry.
5. Customers can get multiple raffle entries within the promo period when they use their Maya to #ScanToPay for a minimum P1,000 spend, OR cash in with a minimum amount of P1,000 within the promo period.
6. Customers will not need to register to receive a raffle entry. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification from Maya to inform them of their automatic raffle entry.
7. Breakdown of winners per prize:

• P1,000 SM Gift Pass: 100 winners
• iPhone 13 Pro Max: 5 winners
• Yamaha 2022 YTX 125 motorcycles: 5 winners
• P2,000 Maya Credits: 100 winners

8. The raffle draw will be handled by Maya during the following raffle draw schedule:

• November 11: 10 winners of P1,000 SM Gift Pass and 10 winners of P2,000 Maya credits
• November 18: 10 winners of P1,000 SM Gift Pass and 10 winners of P2,000 Maya credits
• November 25: 10 winners of P1,000 SM Gift Pass and 10 winners of P2,000 Maya credits
• December 2: 10 winners of P1,000 SM Gift Pass and 10 winners of P2,000 Maya credits
• December 9: 10 winners of P1,000 SM Gift Pass, 10 winners of P2,000 Maya credits, 1 winner of Yamaha motorcycle, and 1 winner of Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max

9. Computation of purchase requirement shall include all items except purchases of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert tickets and other customer service products.

10. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and SM Retail, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Claiming of Prize:

1. Winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya registered email address and mobile number.
2. Winners must provide their personal information and a valid ID upon claiming of the prize.
3. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge. Failure to revert to the Maya team will forfeit their eligibility to claim and Maya reserves the right to award the prize to the other winners.
4. Awarding of prizes will be at the branch of the customer’s winning transaction.
