Package Counter
Free up your hands while shopping and unload some of your stuff over at our secure package counters.
Are there items that are not accepted in package counters?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept the following items at the package counter due to their size, fragile nature, value, and for other safety and sanitary purposes:
- Electronics and appliances
- Jewelry
- Important documents
- Perishable food items (except canned goods)
- Plants and animals
- Take-outs
- Luggage
How long can I leave my items in the package counter?
You must claim your items at the package counter before the store closes. Unclaimed items are turned over to our security office after store hours. Unclaimed items for more than 30 days are automatically disposed of. For specific store hours, please refer to our Store Locator page.
Are my items round-the-clock in SM Store package counters?
Yes, we ensure the safekeeping of your items round-the-clock.
My luggage is too big for the package counter compartments. Is there any other way I can leave my bulky items in your safekeeping?
Unfortunately, we can’t keep bulky items at our package counters. For pieces of furniture or appliance bought inside the store, you can ask the sales representatives to label and keep the items for you first if you still plan to shop around. They can also assist you in carrying the items out of the store.
I lost my claim number! How can I get back my package?
Just approach the package counter and present any proof (receipt, pictures, etc.) showing the package is yours. You will also have to pay P50 for the lost claim tag.
