How to pay for your orders

Cash on delivery

Prefer to pay in cash? You can choose the Cash on Delivery option to pay for your order as you receive it.

Online payments and e-wallets

We accept major credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as online payments. Bank deposits or transfers and digital wallets like GCash, GrabPay, and Maya are also accepted.

How to get your orders

Ordering via your own SM Store Personal Shopper lets you receive your items as early as the same day. Just choose between picking up your orders in store near you or have it delivered via our reliable delivery service!

Make sure to place your orders within the branch’s cut-off period to get your items within the same day. If you already placed and paid your order beyond the same-day delivery cut-off, they will be delivered the next day.

We have an in-house delivery service available for a flat rate of P120 for regular and gift orders within a 10km radius of your chosen branch. On the other hand, a flat rate of P200 will be charged if you’re outside the SM Store branch’s serviceable area.

Delivery fees may vary for inter-island, inter-province, oversized, or bulk order deliveries, depending on quantity and location. You can also choose to have your items shipped via third-party services.
