Is the gift wrapping service free?

Our gift wrapping service is FREE of charge for a P500 minimum purchase requirement. For SMAC regular cardholders, they can get their gifts wrapped for FREE for a minimum purchase of P250. Lastly, this service is complimentary without any minimum purchase requirement for all SMAC Prestige members.

Can items purchased outside the SM Store be wrapped for free also?

Sorry, we only wrap items bought inside The SM Store.

Can I choose my preferred wrappers and ribbons?

Yes, you can choose among the available wrapper and accessory designs at the Gift Wrapping station. Please take note that only the gift wrappers are free. The optional accessories like ribbons and bows can be purchased for a minimal fee.

Can I take the wrapper home so I can wrap the gifts myself?

No. Wrappers cannot be bought nor can be given away for free. You need to have your items wrapped in-store.

Are there items not accepted for gift wrapping?

Currently, we wrap all sorts of items from the store except for bulky pieces of furniture and appliances (eg. sofas, cabinets, stove).

My item has an odd shape but it doesn’t come with a box. Can I request to have it boxed before it’s wrapped?

Yes! You may purchase a box at the Gift Wrapping station for a minimal price.
