Terms & Conditions
- A minimum spend of P2,000 single-receipt at any SM Store branch paid using GCash or MAYA gives customers a chance to win up to P5,000 worth of e-credits.
- Promo will run from September 8 to 30, 2023.
- There will be over 500 winners nationwide.
- Promo is applicable for transactions with a minimum P2,000 in a single-receipt purchase using Maya or GCash.
- Upon completing the transaction of P2,000 using GCash or Maya at SM Store, the transaction receipt will generate a coupon indicating whether or not the customer wins a prize.
- The prize is non-convertible to cash and is non-transferable.
- Computation of purchase requirements shall include all items in SM Store except cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, and other Customer Service products.
Claiming of Prize
- Winner must present the following documents at the Customer Service Counter of SM Store where the transaction was made:
- Original winning transaction receipt
- Original winning stub
- Proof of transaction via Maya or GCash app
- Valid ID - Upon complete validation of requirements, winner/s must fill out the claim form.
- Upon signing of claim form, the customer shall also surrender the original winning stub.
- The winner can only claim his/her prize at the same branch of SM Store where the transaction was made.
- SM may disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the promo winners.
- SM Store and Participating e-wallets reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.
- Employees of SM Store, partners, its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
- Customer must be 18 years old and up. Minors are disqualified from winning unless accompanied by his/her legal guardian.
