For straight transactions:

1. Promo is open to all Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, PS Bank Credit Mastercard, NCCCMastercard, Toyota Mastercard, Robinson’s Mastercard, Rewards Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, Cashback Visa, Travel Platinum Visa in good standing only. Promo is not applicable to ON Virtual Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, Metrobank PRIME Elite, Premier + Debit, Prepaid cards, and Yazz Prepaid Visa. 
   
   
2. Promo will run from October 27 to 29, 2023 at SM Store Santo Tomas. 
   
   
3. Qualified cardholders can enjoy 10% Off when shopping in-store at SM Store Santo Tomas for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 during the promo period when using their Metrobank credit card. 
   
   
4. Maximum discount limit of P1,000 per straight transaction applies. 
   
   
5. The minimum single-receipt purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e. class discounts, SM Advantage/SM Prestige discounts and other SM discounts.) 
   
   
6. Promo is only available in-store at SM Store Santo Tomas. ShopSM and Personal Shopper transactions are excluded from the promo.  
   
   
7. The promo is only applicable to straight transactions only. Installment or Shop Now, Pay Later (SNPL) purchases are excluded from this promo. 
    
8. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash, or other products.  
   
   
9. Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
   
   
10. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charge back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the offer, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the offer and shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit card account. 
    
    
11. The use of the Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards. 
    
    
12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo. 
    
    
13. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM Store, with the concurrence of the DTI. SM Store agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any liability in the event of such dispute. 
    
    
14. In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final. 
    
    
15. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.

3. Qualified cardholders can enjoy the following offers if they shop using their Metrobank credit cards during the promo period:
   
   P1,000 cashback for a minimum single-receipt 0% installment spend of P15,000. Also, applicable for Shop Now, Pay Later up to 90 days after.
   
   
4. The P1,000 cashback earned from the qualified 0% installment or Shop Now, Pay Later transaction will be automatically credited to the cardholder’s account within 60 business days from the end of the promo period. 
   
   
5. Promo is only available in-store at SM Store Sto. Tomas, located at Maharlika Highway, San Bartolome, 4234 Sto.Tomas, Batangas. ShopSM and Personal Shopper transactions are excluded from the promo. 
   
   
6. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash, or other products.  
   
   
7. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting of the transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes. 
   
   
8. Cashback credit earned by a Supplementary cardholder from this promo will be automatically credited to the Principal cardholder’s account.  
   
   
9. To qualify for the cashback promo, the cardholder must have an active account and have no outstanding past due. Otherwise, Rewards Points and Cashback earned under this promo will be forfeited. 
   
   
10. Full installment amount under the 0% installment transaction shall be deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit. 
    
    
11. All installment purchase/s are subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank credit card and all related provisions of Metrobank credit card’s 0% installment program. 
    
    
12. All installment purchase/s are subject to Metrobank credit card’s approval and only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
