Terms & Conditions
  1. SM Store SMAC shoppers shall get a chance to win Round Trip Mabuhay Miles to a local destination of their choice when they shop a minimum P2,000 in a single-receipt from October 27-November 30, 2023. 

  2. Promo is available to SMAC and SMAC Prestige cardholders.

  3. Prizes are as follows:
    • 5 Winners of RT (round trip) Mabuhay Miles for a local destination 
    • Prizes are awarded in the form of Mabuhay Miles credited to the Mabuhay Miles account of the winning members.  
    • All prizes are equivalent to round-trip flights from Manila to a local destination of his/her choice. 
  1. SMAC will award the prizes thru the winner’s PAL Mabuhay Miles accounts. 

  2. The prize may be transferred but is not convertible to cash. 
Qualification of Entries/Draw Date
  1. SMAC and SMAC Prestige members with a minimum P2,000 single-receipt spend at SM Store Sto.Tomas, in-store or via SM Store’s Personal Shopper from October 27 to November 30, 2023, qualify for the Shop and Win a Free trip to your local dream destination. 

  2. The promo duration is from October 27 to November 30, 2023, only at SM Store Santo Tomas. 

  3. The promo is in conjunction with other ongoing SM Store promotions, discounts, or coupons. 

  4. Computation of purchase requirements shall include all items in SM Store except purchases of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, concert tickets, and other Customer Service products.

  6. Member will get one (1) e-raffle entry for a minimum of P2,000 single-receipt spend using SMAC or SMAC Prestige. 

  7. A SMAC Member may only win once. 

  8. Only individuals 18 years and above can submit an entry. 

  9. E-raffle draw will be held online via Microsoft Teams on December 15, 2023, 2:00 PM (TBC) under the guidance and supervision of a DTI representative. 

  10. There will be one (1) e-raffle draw for in-store transactions and Personal Shopper transactions.  

  11. Verification and notification of winners will be done by SMAC (Digital Advantage Corporation). Winners will be notified by SMAC via social media posting, SMS, phone call, and via registered mail. 

  12. Information of winners of this campaign is subject to processing before posting. 

  13. SM/SMAC/PAL Employees & their relatives, their partners and affiliates, and their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining this campaign. 
Claiming of Prizes
  1. There will be five (5) winners of roundtrip Mabuhay Miles for local destinations.

Prizes are awarded in the form of Mabuhay Miles credited to the Mabuhay Miles account of the winning members. All prizes are equivalent to roundtrip flights from Manila to a local destination of winner’s choice e.g. Bohol, Boracay, Cebu, Palawan, Siargao. 

  1. Please be advised that in redeeming Miles for award ticket issuance, taxes and fees, such as those identified below are being collected from the passenger / paid by the passenger: 
    • Philippine Travel Tax 
    • Airport Terminal Fee 
    • Fuel Surcharges 
    • Security and Insurance Surcharges 
    • Aviation Security Fee 
    • VAT 

Same taxes and fees are being collected for all tickets issued (purchased tickets or tickets using Mabuhay Miles). SMAC is unable to waive any Government-imposed fees. 

  1. Winners will be notified by SMAC via social media posting, SMS, phone call, and registered mail. They will be notified of the crediting of prize miles in their Mabuhay Miles account and their SMAC points into their registered SMAC accounts. 

  2. Mabuhay Miles will be credited up to 30 working days after winners are verified, validated, and notified. 

  3. The winner must have a valid Mabuhay Miles account to credit the FREE Mabuhay Miles.

  4. Winners may use their prize as soon as the Mabuhay Miles are awarded on their Mabuhay Miles accounts. 

  5. On the use of the Mabuhay Miles, program policies and terms and conditions apply. 

  6. Upon successful crediting of the miles, the winner can initiate the redemption of the miles for a free flight once the membership has been verified and has passed through the PAL Mabuhay Miles KYC procedure. 

  7. Crediting of miles is considered a valid PAL Mabuhay Miles activity. Therefore, the miles will only expire if the winner has no activity within one year from the date the prize miles are granted. 

  8. The FREE Mabuhay Miles is equivalent to 5 roundtrip tickets from Manila to any local destination. Visit philippineairlines.com/how-to-redeem-flights for the complete list of destinations. Credited Mabuhay Miles will be equivalent/sufficient for the destination/ flight of the winner. One (1) RT Mabuhay Miles prize for one (1) local destination per winner only. 

  9. Promo does not include hotel booking and/or accommodation. 

  10. Promo will follow the program policy on eligible tenders for SMAC points awarding. 

  11. Promo is valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or coupons. 

  12. Prizes are not convertible to cash and are non-transferable to other SMAC account numbers. 
Announcement of Winners
  1. Announcement of winners will be on December 29, 2023 (TBC) upon completion of e-raffle draw, verification and coordination will members. 

  2. Name/s of the winners will also be posted on SMAC’s official Facebook page and other social media accounts. 

  3. All employees of SM, Digital Advantage Corporation, Philippine Airlines, Inc., their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified from participating in this promotion. 

  4. Promo organizer’s decision is final with concurrence of DTI.
