Shop more, earn more, and enjoy shopping vouchers of up to P2,000 OFF that you can use next time you shop in-store, through SM Store Personal Shopper, or via shopsm.com!
Collect e-stamps and redeem rewards when you shop at SM Store from May 1 to July 31, 2023 that you can use on your next shopping spree!
Here’s how:
- Shop at SM Store for a minimum P1,000 single-receipt purchase to earn one (1) e-stamp, and keep your receipt.
- Log on to promos.smstore.com.
- Click the “Collect e-stamps now” button.
- Choose the SM Store branch where you shopped from.
- Click “Submit.”
- Enable your smartphone or tablet’s camera access and scan the barcode of the transaction receipt.
- After successfully scanning the barcode, a summary of the number of e-stamps you earned will show on screen.
- A maximum of three (3) receipt scans per account will only be allowed per day. The maximum number of regular e-stamps that a customer can earn during the promo period is 500.
How to redeem
How to Redeem:
- Participants must check the rewards tab to see available rewards. If there are enough e-stamps collected by the Participant, a “Redeem Now” button will be shown on the specific Reward.
- Participants will be instructed to click the button and redeem the Reward on or before September 30, 2023, by contacting a Personal Shopper, visiting any branch, or using the reward online at ShopSM.com.
- Upon clicking the “Confirm” button, a one-time use voucher code will be generated. Winners will be instructed to take a screenshot of the one-time use voucher code to:
- show it to the cashier for scanning (for in-store redemptions),
- send it to the personal shopper (for personal shopper transactions), or
- use it as a reference and type the 21-character code upon checkout at shopSM.com (for online transactions).
- The number of e-stamps used for redemption will be automatically deducted from the e-stamps collection tab of the Participant. Participants may continue to earn or collect e-stamps even after redemption of a Reward (as long as within the collection period).
- Winners may redeem or use their vouchers at any of the following channels:
- In-store: Visit the preferred branch and show a one-time use voucher code to the cashier for scanning
- Personal Shopper: Send a one-time use voucher code screenshot to personal shopper upon ordering at smstore.com/PS
- Online: Type the one-time use voucher code upon checkout at shopSM.com
- Subject to the Terms and Conditions of SM Store Call to Deliver/Personal Shopper, winners may contact an SM Store personal shopper through the following:
- Preferred Branch’s Personal Shopper’s mobile number: smstore.com/PS
- Your Personal shopper’s mobile number - for existing SM Store Personal Shopper (Call to Deliver) customers
- SM Store’s Facebook Messenger
Winners may also proceed to SM Store’s website for instructions on how to get in touch with a personal shopper.
- Subject to the Terms of Use of ShopSM, winners may order SM Store items and redeem their vouchers online by:

- Downloading and using the ShopSM App

Terms and conditions:
- Discount vouchers can be used in-store, via Personal Shopper, or shopSM.com.
- No minimum purchase is required.
- Customer must present their SMAC or SMAC Prestige as well as the discount voucher/s upon redemption.
- Standard discount exclusions apply. Only one voucher may be used/redeemed per transaction.
9. All details of the Rewards redeemed by the Participant will be shown on the rewards history page, except for the one-time use voucher code. As such, it is important for Participants to take a screenshot of the voucher code when they confirm redemption.
10. Screenshots of the winning prize/one-time use voucher code page should not be shared with anyone except with the personal shopper or cashier. In case of loss of redemption code or page/link, it will not be replaced or reissued.
11. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. SM Store and prize suppliers shall not be responsible for any consequences due to the redemption or use of the prizes.
