What is Click & Collect?
You can now enjoy the convenience of picking up your purchases from popular shopping websites (like ShopSM, Lazada, Shopee etc.) at any Click & Collect counters located in The SM Store branches.

How do I opt for Click & Collect instead of the usual courier service?
Upon check out, just select “branch pick-up” as your preferred delivery method.

Are there items that are not qualified for the Click & Collect option?
Most items purchased from our partner online stores are available for pick-up in our branches. However, we do not allow the following prohibited items from being picked up in our stores:

  • Chemicals
  • Food and perishable items
  • Contraband items
  • Plants
  • Animals

How soon should I pick up my items in-store after I pay online?
Our partner online stores will have to ship the items to our branches first. Once your item/s are delivered to the branch, we will notify you via SMS when it’s ready for pick-up. Just present the OTP sent to your mobile number to get your items.
