For SMAC members and BDO Sapphire/Emerald cardholders

Present a receipt with a minimum purchase of P250. Inclusions are a gift wrapper/pouch and a gift card.

Items worth P500 and above include a wrapper/pouch, gift card, and ribbon.

For SMAC Prestige members and BDO Diamond Members

No purchase is required. Inclusions are a wrapper/pouch and gift card for all purchases.

Items worth P500 and above will get a wrapper/pouch, gift card, and ribbon.

With SM Bills Payment, you can pay your utilities, credit card bills, cable and telecom, financing, insurance, real estate, travel, amortization for SM Properties, and more.

Here is how you can pay your dues at SM bills payment counters in-store:

Look for the SM Bills Payment counter conveniently located inside the customer service area in SM Stores nationwide. You can ask a store associate for assistance.
Present your bill to the cashier. Make sure to bring your bill statement or statement of account (SOA) with you, as this will have all the necessary information needed to process your payment.
Provide your payment to the cashier. You can pay your bills through cash or by using your credit or debit card.
After you’ve paid your bill, get the receipt from the cashier as proof of payment.
